The "No Kings" Protests Held on March 28, 2026

- Historical Perspectives -

If you're old enough to remember the protest marches of the 1960s when prejudice, racial discrimination, and violence against minorities were all a dominant part of American culture, and blacks were being hung from trees, attacked by police dogs, shot in the streets, burned alive in their churches, and arrested and jailed across the United States, groups such as the NAACP, SCLC, SNCC, CORE and the National Urban League united with Reverend Martin Luther King Jr. to peacefully march and protest across America in the fight for equal rights and an end to violence and discrimination against racial minorities.

Sixty years later, an estimated 8,000,000 people marched and protested on one Saturday against President Trump and the federal government as law enforcement officials - in accordance with legislation passed by both political parties in Congress over the past several decades - attempted to enforce immigration laws with an emphasis on deporting convicted criminals, human traffickers, violent offenders, pedophiles, rapists and drug dealers across the United States.

Human traffickers exploit individuals for profit through force, fraud, or coercion, driving a >$150 billion global criminal industry. Traffickers are often acquaintances, family members, or romantic partners who manipulate victims, especially in sex trafficking. They target vulnerable people, including those experiencing poverty, migration, or seeking better opportunities, across all regions.

Here is how patriotic citizens across the United States responded...
